2. Client-Side Tour Requests (WhatsApp & SMS)
When you use our «Request an In-Person Facility Tour» form, your inquiry details are formatted directly inside your web browser to pre-fill a message to our admissions desk via WhatsApp or SMS ((385) 205-2453). No form payload is transmitted to or stored in any website database.
3. Privacy-Preserving Interactive Map
To prevent external map providers from collecting your IP address on page load, our location section displays a local static map preview by default. The interactive Google Maps embed is loaded only if you explicitly click the «Load Interactive Map» button.
4. Classroom Confidentiality & Child Media Policy
Inside our facility, strict Utah licensing and confidentiality standards apply. Children’s daily photos and milestone updates are shared exclusively with authorized parents/guardians via encrypted ProCare channels, and public media sharing requires an explicit signed Media Release Form.
